The property is located in a splendid and panoramic position, set amidst the beautiful gentle hills of the Chianti landscape, where vineyards alternate with olive tree groves and the towers of San Gimignano in the background. The attentive restoration of the structure has cared for every last detail, as has been done for the furnishings and the outdoor areas. The property is centrally located in respects to the Chianti area and the cities of art of Siena and Florence. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
