Beautiful farmhouse situated in quiet location and affording very nice and extensive views over the Chianti Fiorentino hills rich in vineyards and olive-groves. This property, made of a main villa and some stone outbuildings, has been recently and skilfully restored and turned into 3 nice apartments, all of which tastefully furnished. The owners, who live on the estate, produce excellent wines and olive oil. At guests' disposal: shared equipped garden, swimming-pool (18 x 8 m - maximum depth 2,40 m - open from 1/5 to 31/10) and gazebo. Access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Covered parking within the grounds. By arrangement it is possible to hire an extra bed Euro 77/week and a cot Euro 52/week, both to be paid locally. Maid service available by arrangement Euro 11/ hour, payable locally. Central heating. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
