A luxurious penthouse located just off Las Ramblas, close to Plaza Real where all the most popular night clubs are. It is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious living room furnished with two sofa-beds and a dining table for eight people. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
There are books in English, CD music and DVD film collection, bed linens, extra covers, bath towels, city maps, tourist brochures, etc.

• A ride from the airport is about 25 minutes, and standard taxi fare should not be more than 25 Euros.
Also, there is a train commuting from the airport to the city every half hour, and a bus every 15 minutes. Both will take you to Placa Cataluña, and from there it’s about 10 minutes walk or 1 metro station (Liceu – green line) to the apartment.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This apartment is located in a small exclusive passage between Las Ramblas and Plaza Real. Both street entrances are locked every night to ensure safety of the residents. The building itself is a modernist work of art, recently renovated, and has a porter. There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, shops and boutiques, banks, etc. It is a perfect base for sight-seeing and night-life. Most tourist attractions and major city sites are within a walking distance, or at worst - 10 minutes by public transport. Metro and bus stations are near by, and it's easy to find a taxi.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Barceloneta beach is within 15 minutes walk, or one metro station away (7 minutes). The beach is located within a 15 minutes walking distance, or about 7 minutes by metro.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
