• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This apartment is located just off Las Ramblas, close to the famous Plaza Real where popular night clubs are. There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, shops and boutiques, banks, etc.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. The port is about 5 minutes walk, and Barceloneta beach is within 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Barceloneta beach is about 15 minutes walk, or 10 minutes by metro or bus.

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5. A Cribcan be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
