The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

You have the option of paying total with your card (2.8% surcharge, AMEX 4.2%) prior to arrival or total upon arrival in the office, either in cash Euro or by credit card. We will need a photocopy of ID or passport of all card holders who use card as payment. Full cancellation policy will be provided at the time of booking.

• Children are allowed and children under the age of 6 years old stay free.
• Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
