This one-bedroom apartment is simple yet stylish. It boasts a lovely location in Barcelona’s old part where lots of attractions can be found. It is just a leisurely stroll away from Ramblas, the Cathedral and Placa de Catalunya. Please note that since the building is located in the old town it might be difficult to find parking space.

• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The walk and transit to or from ocean or nearest lake is more than 20 minutes.
The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

You have the option of paying total with your card (2.8% surcharge, AMEX 4.2%) prior to arrival or total upon arrival in the office, either in cash Euro or by credit card (2.8% surcharge, AMEX 4.2%). We will need a photocopy of ID or passport of all card holders who use card as payment.
