Normally the early check in is not possible, as check out is by noon, and the agents have just a few hours to get the apartment ready. Please note the extra charges for late or early arrivals and departures:
- Arrivals or departures between 06:00 and 08:00 or 21:00 and 23:00 have an extra charge of 25.00€.
- Arrivals or departures between 23:00 and 06:00 have an extra charge of 40.00€.

• International Airport Barcelona “El Prat” is within a 15 minute(s) drive. How to get to the flat from the Airport?
By Taxi (15-20 €), By Aerobus (4 €), Airport Train, By Car: From the airport take main road C-31 (Autovía Castelldefels) until you reach Plaza España. Turn right to the big towers. Go straight forward till the end of the street in front of the fountains, then turn left (Avenida Rius i Taulet) until you get to Lleida Street. The flat is right in front of the Fira Palace Hotel, at the end of Avenida Rius i Taulet.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Subway. One of the main advantages is its STRATEGIC LOCATION. The apartment is easily reached by road and is close to the airport, the port and the main railway station. 30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash Deposit is refunded on the last day of your stay on returning the keys.
The cancellation fees are as follows depending on the notice given:
- Up to 30 days prior to arrival we refund 90% of the reservation fee (10% for bank transfer expenses).
- From 29 to 10 days prior to arrival we do not refund the reservation fee.
- Less than 10 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total amount of rent.
- Less than 48 hours or without cancellation will be charged with the total amount of rent.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
