From Barcelona city centre: (50 minutess) you leave the modern world behind and enter rural countryside dressed in vineyards everywhere you look. The capital city is called Vilafranca del Penedes. The area is called the Penedes. It is famous for its wine. Most people have heard of Cava (Spanish Champagne) well this is where it comes from. 15 minutes by car from the house in Vilafranca you will find most amenities you need, from restaurants, bars, markets, shops, etc. To get to our house from Barcelona you have to go through Vilafranca and drive higher into the mountain ranges passing thorough the next Village of Sant Marti Sarrocca. A small charming town with a handful of shops including a butchers, grocery, bakery. All fresh produce suppliers. The last town before our house is has a lovely church a few shops for the basics. Beaches are only 35 minutes away a day out in Stiges (40 minutes) Salou (50 minutes) are great days out.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 euros an hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
