This bright and newly (2007) fully renovated apartment is in a prime central location for holiday makers and business people alike. Comfortable, quiet and convenient on a light 4th floor. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, all brand new: TV, stereo, air conditioning and full kitchen with microwave, oven, vitro ceramic cooker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the utensils you may need. The apartment is located in a traditional building, which is a modernist work of art with the modernist facade dating from the late nineteenth century. As a result, the building has no lift available.

Please note the guests sleep in beds with fresh linens (and not in sofas!). Additionally, the brand new (2007) climalit windows offers safety, security and acoustic insulation. We guarantee the maximum comfort and relax for a good night’s rest after the day in the city.

You can also walk to "Estació del Nord", which is the main bus station in Barcelona. You can take the bus to the second airport in Barcelona located in Girona (ex. Ryan Air airlines fly to the Girona Airport).
Transit
Since the flat is truly right in the centre of the most important sights of Barcelona, it has easy transport by bus, train, metro ('arc del Triomf' station, 100 meters) and taxi to all areas of Barcelona.
Shopping and Dining
Safe area close to the main attractions and gardens (Arco del Triumfo) with shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, internet café, bars and restaurants, bakery, sports facilities, private parking 100 meters away, or a hairdresser. 10 minutes away by feet from Paseo de Gracia! the main shopping boulevard in the city.

The apartment is in the ‘Paseo San Joan’, a pleasant, tree-lined boulevard in the Eixample neighbourhood (city center). The Eixample is the Barcelona's 19th-century historic district where visitors find works by famous architects such as Gaudí and Ildefons Cerdà. A few minutes to the Arco del Triumfo and the Parque de la Ciudadela, and very close to Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, the popular "Ramblas", the historic Gothic Quarter, the financial area, the port and other points of interest. Booking Cancellation:
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due on arrival.
Deposit is refunded on the last day of your stay on returning the keys. The cancellation fees are as follows depending on the notice given: - Up to 30 days prior to arrival we refund 90% of the reservation fee (10% for bank transfer expenses). - From 29 to 10 days prior to arrival we do not refund the reservation fee. - Less than 10 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total amount of rent. - Less than 48 hours or without cancellation will be charged with the total amount of rent.
