Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Normally the early check in is not possible, as check out is by noon, and the agents have just a few hours to get the apartment ready. Please note the extra charges for late arrivals:
- Arrivals between 21:00 hours and 23:00 hours have an extra charge of 25.00€.
- Arrivals later than 23:00 hour have an extra charge of 40.00€.
Services fee is for: Check in, towels/linens, and final cleaning.

Although the apartment is located in the truly right centre of the Barcelona, the flat overlooks the gardens in a small yard with virtually no traffic, allowing guests to relax and unwind after experiencing the buzz of Barcelona.
Please note the guests sleep in beds with fresh linens (and not in sofas!). Additionally, the brand new (2007) climalit windows offers safety, security and acoustic insulation. We guarantee the maximum comfort and relax for a good night’s rest after the day in the city.

Railway: Central Railway Station Plaza Catalunya, which is a hub for public transport. You can also walk to "Estació del Nord", which is the main bus station in Barcelona. You can take the bus to the second airport in Barcelona located in Girona (ex. Ryan Air airlines fly to the Girona Airport).

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash Deposit is refunded on the last day of your stay on returning the keys.
The cancellation fees are as follows depending on the notice given:
- Up to 30 days prior to arrival we refund 90% of the reservation fee (10% for bank transfer expenses).
- From 29 to 10 days prior to arrival we do not refund the reservation fee.
- Less than 10 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total amount of rent.
- Less than 48 hours or without cancellation will be charged with the total amount of rent.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
