Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Landmark house (painted in a famous work of Italian painter Mino Maccari) next to the old stone bridge and facing on the city park. Front view is of the old part of town and the mountains. Side view is an old stone alley and the medieval church of S. Rocco.
Owners are flexible and usually can accomodate reasonable needs.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). L' Abetone and Le Radici sky resorts are about one hour's drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Located in the center of town, the townhouse offers easy access to a number of stores and restaurants.
• The world renown beaches of Viareggio and Versila are about one hour's drive away. They are also reachable by bus or train (about two hours). Several small lakes are also within 1 hour's drive.
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 90 days in advance). A security deposit of $100 is required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less 1 nights rent) if the unit is re-rented.
