This unit has 360 degrees view. View is of the mountains (Apuans Alps) to the West, S. Rocco church and the main Barga's square to the North, the old stone bridge to the East, and the park to the South.
This house is now a landmark, having been depicted in a well known painting by the Italian painter Mino Maccari.

Comfortable sofa, two soft chairs, antique showcase with refined glassware, large antique oval table and antique padded chairs believed to have been used by Garibaldi. The rent prices apply to a two bedrooms configuration; additional bedrooms at extra cost (Euros 15/day) payable upon taking possesion of the premises.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). A golf course is available in the nearby town of Pieve Fosciana. Other courses are within 1 to 2 hours drive from the townhouse.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The ski resorts of L' Abetone and Le Radici are about an hour's away from the townhouse.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Shops, restaurants and cafes are within a very short walk from the townhouse.
• In addition to the beach, several small mountain lakes are about one hour's drive away. The world renown beaches of Viareggio and Versilia are about a one hour drive away by car and two hours by train or bus. The large town's swimming pool is about one half of a mile away from the townhouse.
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 90 days in advance). A security deposit of $100 is required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less 1 nights rent) if the unit is re-rented.
