    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • 4 or more Dogs and/or Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
