Golf course with 18 holes near the house, trekking trail, mountain bike trail, horse riding, polo courts (3) children's playground, soccer field, Catholic church, a Lodge hotel with 23 rooms, heliskiing, marina by Gutierrez lake (less than 1 mile) and the complex is located 15 min by car from world class ski resort Cerro Catedral.
