This magnificent and exclusive particular property is located in the beautiful places of Swiss Colony, 20 km away from San Carlos de Bariloche. Located to borders of the Moreno Lake, in a land of 7 hectares of imposing woods and gorgeous landscape, in a protected and quiet micro climate readily vehicle access. It was designed and constructed in 1942 by Max and Linda Rautenstrauch, pioneers of the region and founders of the “Bariloche Musical Camping”. This is a beautiful example of the Tirolean architecture, conjugating comfort and style of subtle, different and unique way.

    The house is placed on a 7.000 sq meter land, in the middle of a natural wood, and has a 150 m lake shore with a grate deck over the water with a mooring area. The views are exceptional, not only over the lake but also to the mountains that surrounds the house, and the air you breathe is so pure, you never want to leave.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
