A typical mountain style home, with breathtaking views of the Nahuel Huapi lake and surrounding mountains. The house backs onto the Llao Llao Hotel & Resort golf course of along the 3rd fairway. The 140 sq metre construction has 4 bedrooms sleeps up to 7 people and has a separate maid’s quarters. Two bedrooms are upstairs and the other two with easy access for handicapped people. It´s built with wood and stone and has a distinctive mountain lodge atmosphere. There is a satellite TV, DVD and High Speed Internet for entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped as well as the rest of the house. Maid and cooking services can be provided if required, by separate agreement at an additional charge.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 7 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
