• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 3 boats. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Trails to the mountain depart from this area, home made articles offered in fairs. Colonia Suiza is an obligated stop while visiting Circuito Chico, therefor you will find many activities specially in summer.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
