Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
PAYMENT: The balance and security deposit due at check in must be paid in cash (USD or Argentine Pesos) We do not accept Travellers cheques or Credit Cards.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 8 years old.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
