The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 9 years old.
• Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 10:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of u$s 10 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
