There are four buildings on the property. The main house has a great room on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is a separate guesthouse with one bedroom, a small sitting room, a kitchenette, and a washer/dryer.
The third building is an unheated storage building in which the owner's personal property is maintained and is not normally available to short-term guests. The fourth building is a small workshop for the use of the owner and the gardiner.
• 30 minutes to the Bariloche Airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Golf course at the Llao Llao hotel.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Skiing is excellent.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Dining, and nightclubs, are very close. Downtown is 20 a minute drive.The house is in a fantastic, quiet location on the "Circuito Chico" near the Llao Llao peninsula. There are excellent restaurants nearby. Nightclubs, etc. are half an hour away, downtown.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The house is right on the lake. Lake is only warm in mid-summer.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
