Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.
We bought it because of the views! Spectacular in summer, and amazing in winter with it's snow capped mountains. Awesome sunrise and sunsets.
• Bariloche Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. 20 minutes by car/taxi to airport.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Local bus to Bariloche town
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. The house is 5 minutes to Arelauquen Golf and Country Club. It's an 18 hole world class course. I don't play, but I have eaten and taken walks there and it looks nice!
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). The house is approximately a 10-15 minute drive to Catedral. The southern hemisphere's (and Argentina's) best ski resort. The resort has undergone major expansion in 2005 and 2006 ski seasons. It is now 50% bigger. Excellent facilities for kids, beginners and advanced skiers, and snowboarders. I snowboard and this is the place to come to. Cheap lift passes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A lovely restaurant within a 5 minute walk from house. But main area for restaurants is a 10 minute drive into the main town, where you will find the best steaks and pasta in the world. If interested I am happy to share my favorite spots. There is also a takeaway (burgers, etc) a 3 minute walk from house.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Absolute lake frontage with panoramic mountain views. The house is on a lake. It has 70 meters on lake frontage, of which 15 meters is a beach. We have 2 kayaks for guest use. One ladies and one mens. Both are a reasonably tight fit. Beach Equipment: Canoe.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card
Credit Cards payments will be processed in Australia at the daily exchange rate that will be notified to guest when transaction is made. Exchange rate used is based on www.xe.com

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
