This condo has a beautiful island kitchen ideal for socializing and cooking. An industrial extractor keeps the living room smelling fresh. All the amenities of a modern kitchen are included - even freshly ground coffee from the best coffee house in the all of Patagonia. If you don't' want to cook, you are only steps from some of the finest restaurants in Argentina!
1 Single Futon Bed (sleeps 1). The pull out futon becomes a bed very easily and requires little strength. Unlike most futons, this one if very comfortable.
1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Set back off the road, this private bedroom has a large wardrobe for storage as well as its own en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. Black-out curtains can be pulled across the windows for less light in the mornings if desired.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.

This is a North-facing condo in South America. This means that there is great sunlight as well as views of Lago Nahuel Huapi and the mountains. There is also a view of part of the centro civico.
• BRC Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. A taxi from the airport costs roughly 10 USD.
• Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. The bus that goes to Llao Llao is one block away. The bus that goes to Catedral Ski Resort is across the street from the condo building.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 25 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 25 minute(s). The drive to Cerro Catedral Ski Resort is 25 minutes away by car and 35 minutes by bus.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). The ATAC condo is right in the middle of downtown Bariloche. The best food and shopping is within 3 blocks of the doorstep. There is a supermarket next door. Alberto's steak house is 2 blocks away. The centro civico is 1.5 blocks away. This is an ideal location.
• Lake is located within a 3 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. The beach isn't the main attraction in Bariloche. A cool place to go at sunset, but usually not that good for sunbathing.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20 USD.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
