In the living room there is a double leather sofa bed, a tv color, a stereo, a dvd player, a table with 4 chairs. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe and two bed-side table.The bathroom is furnished with shower, water closet, bidet and basin. The apartment also has a washing machine and iron and is provided with heating and air conditioning. Indicated for disable persons too.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 6:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10€ every hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
