Lovely Courtyard View Condo ~
Bright and airy condo. 2 sets of sliding glass doors lead to a mid size private balcony, that overlooks central courtyard area. The condo has a kitchen/snack bar and dining room. There is a pool, dock, and palapa on the canal, with seating for eating outdoors. Relax, enjoy, watch the boats go down the canal! There is also a rooftop patio area with patio table and chairs. We have wireless internet,Cable TV, A/C. Barra is a wonderful little Mexican village on the Pacific Ocean. This area (Coastal Legre) is tranquil and yet there is lots to see and explore. We love this area and highly recommend it!
This condo unit and the small complex are in excellent condition.
The neighborhood is very safe and our condos are located in Barra village's most coveted canal area.
There is much to do in Barra and surrounds... examples are: rentals for biking, fishing, lagoon and mangrove tours, surf rentals, snorkeling at Tenacatita, excellent restaurants, markets weekly in Barra and Melaque, car rentals, interesting shops with a variety of Mexican wares, fish market, yoga lessons, local gym, Spanish lessons, local celebrations downtown in the Jardin, dancing at night, local bars, walk the beach, jogging, cooking classes, bird watching, water taxi to the Grand Bay for brunch...this is an area where there is an abundance of fresh fruit and veggies and fish being sold, at local shops and by vendors selling from their farm trucks- the condo's kitchen makes food prep easy!
