1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom has accordion doors that open out to the livingroom, kitchen and views over the water and over to the Grand Bay Hotel. It has private bathroom across the hall and a huge closet with lots of storage. It comes complete with deluxe pillow top mattress.
1 Queen or 2 Singles Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). living room has a chesterfield that makes into a queen size bed as well as two singles
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $300 will apply. A fee of $5 per day will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
