The waters of the canal are right next to the terrace many boats and marine traffic and in the distance you can see mountains and the Grand Bay Hotel!It is one of the best views in Barra de Navidad!

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.

• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
