This fabulous Villa has water on two of three sides, boasts spectacular views over the water and over to the Grand Bay Hotel. You will see boats, fisherman and the fish jumping right from your bed as well as from every window and door.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 250 will apply. A fee of 10 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
