Water dispenser and containers available- guests purchase water which is delivered daily but purchased only as needed.

1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Tiled bedroom with large closet/storage. Bed table and lamp. Opening window and individual A/C. Two singles which can easily be pushed together to make queen size- your preference.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
The view from this unit is the central garden area. (Units are walled for privacy.)
This condo unit and the small complex are in excellent condition.
The neighborhood is safe and our condos are located in Barra village's most upscale area.
There is much to do in Barra and surrounding area... examples are: rentals for biking, fishing, lagoon and mangrove tours, surf rentals, snorkeling at Tenacatita, excellent restaurants, markets weekly in Barra and Melaque, car rentals, interesting shops with a variety of Mexican wares, fish market, yoga lessons, Spanish lessons, local celebrations downtown in the Jardin, dancing at night, local bars, walk the beach, jogging, cooking classes, bird watching, water taxi to the Grand Bay for brunch...this is an area where there is an abundance of fresh fruit and veggies and fish being sold, at local shops and by vendors selling from their farm trucks- the condos kitchen set up makes it easy and fun to also eat "in".

• Transit: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Local buses, very inexpensive. Also buses running to Manzanillo and to Puerto Vallarta.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Barra is a quaint and lovely mexican village with good shopping and a variety of eating and dining experiences. You can also walk, bus or drive to neigboring Melaque for further options.
• Ocean is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 1 boats. Our condos are situated on the central canal in Barra. A water taxi picks passengers up if required. We also have fresh bread and bakery goods delivered/sold via the canal to our condos. The ocean front is a 5-7 minute walk from the condos. The beach is calmer near the lagoon end (our kids love to do the "milder" surfing there) and more turbulent waves ocean towards Melaque...there are miles of walking beach! Walk takes you past a UNESCO lagoon preserve.... Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of please discuss with owner.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
