Water container and dispenser available. Guest can purchase water any day of the week by placing container at curbside with pesos inside container!
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). A/C, fan (ceiling and standing), large closet/storage, bedsides tables and lamps. Opening windows in bedroom and ensuite.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). A/c, fan, large closet/storage. Small private deck facing canal off this bedroom. Glass door opening to small bedroom deck. (There is also a large deck off dining room). Bedside table and lamp.
1 Single Couch (sleeps 1). There is extra bedding for one person to sleep on couch. As well, please speak to owner regarding an air mattress bed- we have one that may be an option...
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
The center canal is viewed from this unit as our condo building is built on the canal. Huge walkout patio doors to large deck.
Barra is a lovely place and our condo and the small complex it is in are both in excellent condition. The neighborhood is safe and our central canal location is a part of Barra village's upscale area.
UnitID 142157 is located across the hallway breezeway from this unit. (Both on second floor, provides added privacy).

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of please talk with owner.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
