The private villa comes with 3 individual suites,one one bedroom with full kitchen,one studiowith kitchenette (adjoining the one bedroom)and one two bedroom.Each have kitchens and built in bbq's.There is also an outdoor full kitchen with fridge and out door bbq.There are a total of 5 bathrooms.
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The Priemere suite has a chesterfieild that can be made into 2 singles or 1 queen bed
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). the studio has a kitchenette and a king size bed that looks out to the pool and over the water to the Grand Bay hotel.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). the Priemere suite has one bedroom that is elevated and accordion doors that open and look out over the water.You can whatch the fisherman float by when having your morning coffee.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The Penthhouse has a master bedroom that has accordion doors that open onto awsum views that overlook the grand Bay hotel and surrounding mountains

Villa Santa Barbara has water on two of three sides and georgous views over the water and over to the Grand Bay Hotel and surrounding mountains.From the Penthouse you will see the ocean,town and the Grand Bay Hotel.From the Jr and Priemere suites you will also see the Grand Bay,the pool in front and the cannels with fisherman floating by.This property has one of the best views in Barra de Navidad!

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200 will apply. A fee of 60 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $6 per hr.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
