Beautiful renovated house near a village in the Venetian countryside. The property is surrounded by farmed countryside and other houses. On one side of the property passes a secondary road. The large, fenced-in garden has a swimming pool (5x11) (15/5-30/9) which is shared with the owner who lives in an outbuilding with her own garden. DISTANCES: 2.5 km grocery shops, 4 km golf, 9 km Asolo, 10 km Castelfranco, 18 km Bassano del Grappa, 35 km Treviso, 50 km Padua, 60 km Venice, 90 km the city of Verona.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: large loggia (55 m2) with barbecue, entrance/lounge with bar corner (hi-fi), large living/dining room with fireplace (satellite TV), kitchen (dishwasher, oven, freezer, microwave), laundry room (washing machine), 1 bathroom with ante-chamber and shower. 1st fl. (accessed by two stairways): billiard's room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room, 1 suite with fireplace and bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin.Air conditioning in the suite on request to be paid for directly on the spot (50 Euro/week). The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
