    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
