Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 5 or more days prior to arrival)

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Parking

Parking is free.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 22 years or older., Maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 45.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 45.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Linen

Linen is included in the rent

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Air Conditioning & Fees

A fee is charged for Air Conditioning A metered fee is collected on departure.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

Pool heat is included in the rent.

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

A fee is charged for Property Heating A metered fee is collected on departure.

Telephone Fee

The property does not have a phone.

Internet Service & Fee

Internet is included in the rent
