Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay.

Telephone Fee

Voice over internet protocol telephone supplied at no cost (100 minutes per week to North America) using your laptop.

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
