The villa is directly on the ocean facing west. The sunsets are spectacular.
Each bedroom is air conditioned. Large private pool and sun deck located directly on the ocean.
• The airport is 5 minutes away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). The island has one golf course which is about a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). A number of shops, restaurants, and a casino are a short 15 minute walk.
• The villa is located directly on the warm Caribbean ocean with the private pool and sun deck just 10 feet from shore. The villa is located on a rocky point. A small sandy beach is about 200 feet away.
All of the rent is required (21 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 40%) are refunded - full refund if re-rented.

• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
