It is directly on the ocean with a very private 32' pool and sun deck on the ocean's edge featuring magnificent sunsets. Villa is a fully air conditioned private home and offers three separate and comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom. Burgeaux Bay, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay are the nearest beaches yet everything on the Island is only a short drive away.

    • The villa is located directly on the warm Caribbean ocean with the private pool and sun deck just 10 feet from shore. The villa is located on a rocky point. A small sandy beach is about 200 feet away.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (21 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 40%) are refunded - full refund if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    Must sign lease agreement provided by owner.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
