Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The property has a charming, relaxing patio in the back. The front offers view of 17th century stone houses. One may see the Beaucaire Chateau on the main street right off of the property.
• Nimes Garons (FNI) Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Nîmes-Arles-Camargue airport: low-cost flights from London on Ryanair, 15 km. The nearest international airport is in Marseilles an hour away.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. The nearest train station is in the next town, Tarascon, right across the bridge. The closest TGV is in Nimes about 2.5 hours away from Paris. It is approximately 30 minutes away from Beaucaire.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

The following cancellation charges apply: 15% of the rental if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival date; 50% of rental if cancelled 30 days before arrival date and 100% of rental if cancelled between 29 days and the arrival date.

• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 7:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
