Set in a peaceful hamlet, with lovely views over the rolling countryside, this detached property enjoys its own lawned garden and private swimming pool. The simply furnished interior has a modern kitchen area, and opens on to a large terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. Nearby is the attractive town of Nolay with several restaurants and a cellar where the local wine and gastronomy can be sampled. Within a short drive the beautiful town of Beaune, with its impressive rooftops, lies at the heart of the area s burgundy vineyards. To the north is the medieval city of Dijon, where the covered market is a great place to discover the local products, including mustard and blackcurrant cassis liqueur. The Beaujolais vineyards lie to the south, and can be easily reached by motorway. Swimming pool solar heated (8m x 4m, depth 1.40m to 2.30m). The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
