    Excellent location, walk to swimming pool, two golf courses, driving range, putting park, tennis and skate parks, ice skating, wonderful park with two ponds, community center. Located 5 miles from Vail and 3 miles from Beaver Creek, Eagle Vail is a quiet, convenient, local's community on the Vail valley floor that is a well kept secret from most visitors. Maps of the area and exact directions provided on request.

    • Eagle County Airport is the nearest airport which is 20 minutes away. It will take about 2-2.5 hours to drive from Denver International Airport to Vail depending on the weather, traffic, and road conditions.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The golf course is Eagle Vail 18-hole champion golf course. You can walk to the driving range in less than 5 minutes and a shuttle takes you to the clubhouse in less than 5 minutes. The course is wonderful. There is also a par 3 golf course right out the front door.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 30 minute(s). The drive to Beaver Creek Ski Resort is 5 minutes, to Vail is 10 minutes. There is a free bus route about a 10 minute walk away. From there, the bus will take you to Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, or Breckenridge. You can pre-purchase discounted lift tickets in Denver at King Soopers grocery store or at Gart Brothers or Christy Sports sports stores in Denver. You can also get ski and snowboard rentals at those places, but is may be more convenient to rent at the Christy Sports in Avon or Vail.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The walk to the nearest shopping and dining is about 20 minutes. The drive to the nearest shopping and dining is 5 minutes.
    • You can see a small lake from the unit. The lake is on a Par-3 golf course and next to the outdoor rollerblade/hockey rink, and children's play area with swings, jungle gym, etc.

    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 1:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
