Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). About 15 minutes to the parking lot to go up and ski at Beaver Creek and about 30 minutes to Vail. You will also enjoy the town of Edwards 10 minutes from the home and in between the ski hills and the home.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are a multitude of shopping and dining options between 0-15 miles. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
We will mail, fax or email you a provisional confirmation letter requesting a deposit to hold your reservation. It will include check in procedure and contacts. Deposit is usually returned within 7 days of your departure. Note: If PayPal is used, there is a fee of 2.9% added to total price.
