Special Conditions
Nightly rates allow check in on any day. Discounted weekly rates apply to check ins on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for exactly 7 days. Reservations for more than 7 days may be priced as two separate reservations if that results in a lower price, provided that both meet the minimum stay requirement.

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
