• Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Subway. Subway, taxi and bus stations are all in front of the building-can walk to the 2008 Olympic sites-Bird Nest , Water Cube and the Olympic Village etc. are less than a mile from the Condo
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). There are many Chinese Restaurants in the area and also Western restaurants-Pizza Hut, coffee shops within 2 minute walk also. There is a major supermarket and shopping area across the road-a 3 minute walk
• Nearby Attractions: Olympic Village and venues are less than 1 mile from the Condo-can walk,cycle,bus or taxi to it. This is the major Olympic area near the Olympic park

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 3:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
