• The local lakes ( within 30 minutes of the house) have man-made beaches, boats and refreshment facilities.
All the fun of the sea but freshwater and safe.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 50.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
