The clubhouse facilities offer a state of the art fitness center with a flat screen TV, business center, and large gathering room.
This condo comes equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Fully furnished with all the comforts of home. Central Air Conditioning/Heating makes your stay comfortable in any season. Large Flat screen tv in living room and one smaller flat screen in each of the two bedrooms. Amenities include cable tv, DVD player & movies, high speed wireless internet and a full indoor garage for your vehicle. This unit comes complete with washer, dryer, ironing board, and all utensils. You are five to ten minutes from all major shopping locations such as Fashion Square Mall, Paradise Valley Mall, Kierland Commons to name a few. Golf,golf golf at the numerous courses: closest is a block away. Sports fans will have their pick of attending (depending on the season) any of the 4 major league sports , NHL (Phoenix Coyotes), NFL (Arizona Cardinals), NBA (Phoenix Suns) and MLB (Arizona Diamondbacks). Casino Arizona is 10 min away just off the 101 freeway. Car enthusiasts can make the trek to Scottsdale each January to take in the world-famous televised Barret-Jackson Automobile Auction just minutes from the condo.
