A luxury 3 bedroom villa located in the luxurious gated community Bella Vida. The villa is 1300sq ft and sleeps 6 people comfortably with a further double bed option available on the sleeper sofa. The villa comprises of Queen bed in the master bedroom with TV and two twin rooms sharing a second bathroom.
Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area. There is also a private splash pool perfect for taking a dip in after a day at the attractions.
As you enter the upscale gated community off Bella Vida you can feel the Mediterranean coming to mind as you glimpse the vibrant townhomes and large villas, stunning central fountain and the 6,700sq ft club house and facilities. Enjoy a game of basketball or volleyball, take a dip in one of the community pools or explore Bella Vida resorts walking trails or explore over 15 acres of lakes.
Bella Vida is located just off the US 192 which is packed with its numerous shops, restaurants and attractions and is in walking distance to Wal-Mart. Disney World is only 8 minutes drive and Seaworld and Universal are 15 minutes drive. The club house and resort pool is a one minute walk from the Villa.
The villa is perfect for families who are looking for a comfortable, beautiful home and who would also like to enjoy the benefits of a beautiful resort.
