In the Périgord Noir, close to the valley of the Dordogne, this attractive stone house enjoys a secluded position on a hilltop with panoramic views over vineyards up to Belves. A swimming pool faces the house and terrace, accessed by large bay windows. The modern interior, with its beams and stone walls, is simply furnished and opens to a terrace, while the lower floor bedrooms also open on to a terrace. Five minutes drive away is Siorac, with canoeing and fishing on the river Dordogne, which also has a beach. There are interesting markets to explore, known for their cepes , nuts and chestnuts, and many excellent restaurants serving duck, seafood and local farm products. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
