This impressive Périgourdine farmhouse of local honey-coloured stone enjoys an elevated situation, with magnificent views over low wooded hills and fields. The garden and private swimming pool, with a covered dining/barbecue area, are particularly attractive, while the interior offers décor and furnishings of a high standard, providing a comfortable and welcoming home for one or more families. An easy drive away are the historic towns, villages and castles of the Dordogne valley, and the medieval Bastide towns of the Lot are also well worth a visit. Slightly further is Rocamadour, an ancient town clinging precariously to the rock face of the Alzou valley, and the renowned chasm at Padirac, where visitors descend by steps and lift for an underground boat trip. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
