Situated in a hamlet amongst the wine-growing plains near Bergerac, this property is just two minutes away from the River Dordogne. The large swimming pool area with its terrace enjoys good privacy and gives onto an expanse of lawn, at the bottom of which runs a pretty stream. The pool house is conducive to lazy summer living and is well equipped for food preparation. Inside, the house has been renovated in traditional style and the result is a pleasing combination of modern comforts and rustic charm. Bergerac is just a short drive away, and for golfers, the Country Club at Vigier is conveniently close. The local wine comes highly recommended; appellations include: Bergerac, Montravel and Monbazillac. The Cave Co-opérative at Le Fleix (5 km) and their excellent sparkling white wine (méthode champenoise) also deserve a mention. Garage. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
