1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Wonderful big room with a beautiful antique oven (just for decoration, the apartment has a modern central heating system), wonderful 100 years old wooden floors with inlays. Attached to a balcony.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). A smaller room with nice wooden floor and another beautiful oven.
1 Queen Pull Out (sleeps 2). The main and huge living room contains a very nice sofa that can be turned into a very comfortable sofa bed for up to two people.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The two front rooms face a small and nice street with old and beautifully renovated buildings on the opposite side. Also you get a nice view of the beautiful Viktoria park from the balcony.
The 3rd bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom face the backyard of the building.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). There are lots of shopping and dining options within a couple of minutes walking.
• Nearby Attractions: There are many many attractions in Berlin, all of them can be reached within 10-40 minutes by public transport.

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
