Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 5 years old. • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.00. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
