Offering comfortable accommodation, it has been modernised and is spacious and relaxing, opening onto a charming terrace which is ideal for evening meals. With a private swimming pool overlooking the countryside, it is a very quiet and peaceful spot, yet is only a twenty minute drive to well-known places such as St. Jean-de-Luz, Biarritz, the spa town of Cambo-les-Bains and even the ocean. Nearby is the famous golf course of Souraide and ten minutes away is Spain with discount shops, a large range of inexpensive drinks and restaurants and plenty of shopping to do for presents. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
